potential for further subdivision. The portion to the north of Sunrise Road is within the catchment
of the Lake Macdonald water supply. The issue of catchment areas are a significant issue that

Regulation).

The portion generally to the south east of Sunrise Road is zoned either Rural Residential or
Limited Development.

While it contains some steep slope and landslide potential the area does not generally have as
much protected native vegetation as Doonan and rural lifestyle lots are mixed with some smaller
rural enterprises.

Residents of this area are closely aligned with both Eumundi and Cooroy for access to goods
and services including schools; however they also take access a range of recreation, shopping
and infrastructure in Noosa.
