This document was prepared for the sole use of Woollam Construction, and any regulatory agencies
involved in this project. No other party should rely on this information without the prior written consent
of Consult Arborist and the client.

The findings laid out in this report are valid for 12 months from the assessment date.

If the advice and recommendations made in this report are not strictly adhered to, no responsibility will
be taken for the continuing health and condition of retained trees. Trees are dynamic living organisms
that respond to changes in their environs; repeat assessments are key to maintaining tree vitality,
structural integrity and reducing any potential risk they may pose.

All individuals working near protected trees are to be made aware of this document and it is the
responsibility of the individual to implement and/or adhere to the recommendations and guidelines.
