Council's investments continue to be made in accordance with its Investment Policy adopted on 30 June 2025, with funds continuing to be redirected to Queensland Treasury Corporation (QTC) 80.3% due to the relatively higher interest rates being offered by this institution. Under Council's Investment Policy, there is no upper limit on the dollar or percentage value that can be invested with QTC.
