       5 Conclusion

Water quality objectives have been demonstrated to be achieved through the
implementation of a treatment train that incorporates gross pollutant traps/filter bags
and a ZPG Stormfilter system to reduce total suspended solids (TSS), total
phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) and gross pollutants.
Appropriate erosion and sediment control measures will be required to be prepared
and implemented on site during construction activities in order to minimise water
quality impacts during the construction phase.

The stormwater quantity management assessment demonstrates that overland flow
within the network is reduced as a result of this development by the inclusion of the
pipe network on the development site. Gateway Drive will therefore benefit as result
of reduced overland flow contributing to the road.

A PCdrain analysis determined that the proposed internal stormwater network was
sufficient to accommodate 10 year ARI flows.

Notwithstanding the assessment, further detailed design of the internal stormwater
system and connection to the existing pipe network will be required to be undertaken
as part of the future Operational Works application for the development.
