report, the downstream network demonstrated acceptable performance between the development
connection point and pump station CRY020. Further, using gravity sewer mains the performance
of the network within the proposed development was also acceptable.

Therefore, as demonstrated in the report, with the inclusion of the proposed pump station upgrade
at CRY020 the development will not have a detrimental impact on current and future Unitywater
customers.
