The proposed facility will include a lease area measuring 11 m x 10 m (NBN compound) located in
the south-eastern portion of the subject site. The NBN compound will be set back approximately
15 m from the southern property boundary, approximately 585 m from the northern property
boundary (Schreibers Road reserve) and approximately 80 m from the eastern property boundary.
Figure 4.3 shows the proposed location of the facility on the subject site and Figure 4.4 shows the
location of the existing site access.
