5.1.5   Construction and Noise

Noise and vibration emissions associated with the proposed facility are expected to be limited to
the construction phase outlined above. Noise generated during the construction phase is
anticipated to be of short duration and accord with the standards outlined in the relevant EPA
guidelines. Construction works are planned only to occur between the hours of 7.00am and
6.00pm.
