As seen in Figure 8.4, the surrounding properties consist of large, rural residential allotments
and the closest township of Pomona is located approximately 5 km away from the proposed
facility. The rural land use of the locality limits development and increases the physical
separation distances between the facility and potentially sensitive receptors.

Figures 8.5 to 8.7 illustrate views toward the proposed facility from Schreibers Road.
