               1.     PROPOSAL
               This application seeks approval to reconfigure a residential lot into 2 lots and undertake associated
               operational works at 31 Overlander Avenue, Cooroy. The proposed lots include lot 1 with and area
               of 875m2 and lot 2 of 858m2, with lot 1 including the existing dwelling and driveway. Lot 2 will
               include the existing secondary dwelling and is proposed to be accessed via a rear lot handle with
               the new driveway proposed adjacent the existing driveway.
               The locality and proposal plans are included below.
