Log in to see the plans as drawnslopes towards the western rear boundary to an AHD of 10.0m. There is existing stormwater soakage trench
located in the property to the west which has been historically used as a lawful point of discharge. Site
inspections indicate that the soakage trench is in reasonable condition and could continue to be utilised to
mitigate any flows leaving the proposed development.
It is expected some earthworks will be needed to achieve these design levels and for standard vehicle and
pedestrian access to the proposed development.
