Good Day,

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Broadwater Dredging Pty Limited, we hereby
submit an Operational Works application in accordance with s.50 of the Planning Act 2016.

Owner’s Consent for the land adjoining Lot 0 on BUP4021 has been obtained by the State Land Assessment
Management (SLAM) authority on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (refer to
Attachment 1).

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Council’s assessment of the submission:

         • DA Form 1 (Attachment 1),
         • DNRME’s Consent (Attachment 1),
         • Certificate of Title and signed Body Corporate’s Consent (Attachment 2),
         • Certificate of Registration for ERA Extractive and Screening Activities (Attachment 3),
         • Location Diagram of proposed works (Attachment 4), and
         • Review of Assessment Benchmarks (Attachment 5).



As per prelodgement discussions with Kerri Coyle, the applicant is applying for a five (5) year currency period
for this operational works permit.

Council has advised that the applicable fee for this application will be the fee “relating to a decision for a
development application”. We estimate this fee to be $1,138.50. Please confirm the appropriate fee.
