In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Broadwater Dredging Pty Limited, we hereby submit an Operational Works application in accordance with s.50 of the Planning Act 2016.

·         Certificate of Title and signed Body Corporate’s Consent (Attachment 2),

·         Review of Assessment Benchmarks (Attachment 5).
