             Flood Immunity
      The proposed development is located outside of the regional 1% AEP flood extent shown
      within NSC Flood Hazard Overlay Map (refer Figure 2-3). No further assessment is required
      with respect to assessing flooding impacts.
      It is recommended that future buildings on each lot achieve a minimum of 500mm freeboard
      above the regional 1% AEP flood level.
