4.2          Sewerage Reticulation
UnityWater is the responsible authority for the provision of sewerage reticulation facilities for the development.
According to authority records, a 150mm diameter DICL sewer rising main runs north-south through the east
allotment from Eenie Creek Road, connecting to assets located in Hofmann Drive.
The main sewer connection point for the site is via the 150mm diameter PVC-U gravity main located midway
of Hofmann Drive at the main site access point (invert level 4.81 mAHD).
There is also potentially another sewer connection available at the site’s south-east, with another 150mm
diameter PVC-U gravity main ultimately connecting with the other gravity main to a 225mm diameter PVC-U
gravity main located approximately 100m south of the site under Hofmann Drive.
Also of note is the presence of a pressure sewer main which traverses the east section of the site. Care will
need to be taken to ensure no footings infringe on the main’s zone of influence.
