3            Development Proposal
3.1          Summary
The proposed site development plan is shown in Figure 3-1, involving the construction of a mixed user
marketplace development. This will include 24 tenancies, with associated car parking and roadways for loading
facilities.
Access to the site will be via the existing access point midway from Hofmann Drive, as well as new access
points at the site south from Hofmann Drive and at the north from Commerce Court.
Infrastructure service connections for stormwater, sewerage, water supply, electricity and communications will
likely be from Hofmann Drive. Proposed levels plans and drainage layouts are included in Appendix B.
