3.2           Proposed Site Levels
The proposed floor levels have been set to account for the developed flood levels as modelled and reported
in the Integrated Water Management Plan by Cardno report. In considering the existing site grades and flood
levels, the proposed floor levels are as follows:
         North building         9.10m—9.30m
         West building          8.00m—9.00m
         Central building       8.55m—8.65m
         East building          8.65m
The approximate earthworks volumes are as follows:
         Cut volume approximately 1,310 cub.m
         Fill volume approximately 39,380 cub.m
