The fees and charges for development applications were considered by Council at a special
budget meeting in June 2016.

Finance & Risk

The agreed variations to the development applications while reasonably significant (amounting to
$85,186.00) are considered appropriate and relative to the extent of work anticipated in the
assessment and will have no significant impact on the budget.
