1. Garage
• Removal of external side swing doors between garage and entry stairs
• Increase size of garage to accommodate 3 cars and create access to lift
• Proposed lift
• Internal walls and door to separate internal stair from garage
2. External Entry & Stairs
• Reduction of boundary retaining where possible and amendment of landscape
levels to facilitate this.
• Southern dwelling pedestrian entry reconfigured to utilise landscape steppers
along the natural ground levels, allowing existing established Pandanus to remain.
• Northern dwelling stairs amended to be lightweight to reduce earthworks and
amenity impacts to neighbouring property.
• The entry numbers and mailboxes have repositioned to suit these design
amendments
3. Outdoor Room (front):
• Roof over the outdoor room maintains height and slope as per previous approval
but is to be 100% solid instead of the previously proposed partial pergola, to allow
for greater usability of the outdoor room.
• Fireplace to be removed but retain similar aesthetic. Note there is a reduced height
in amended proposal.
• Low level pergola roof proposed between shared / party wall (at height of Upper
Floor)
• Planter across front of the duplexes to be raised rather than dropped below the line
of the floor
• Increase of screening
4. Pool and Backyard
• Rotation of the pool by 90 degrees (note proposed pool setback to rear pipe is
consistent with previous approval)
• Line of pool fencing changed to increase usable yard area
• Pathway around side of house for better access
• Northern duplex turfed area has been setdown to minimise retaining required
• Retention of existing trees

5. Roof
• Proposed to have one continuous roof over the party wall
• The ridge line is lower than the originally proposed peak of the party wall
• Removal of parapet walls in favour of eaves and gutters
• Addition of window hoods to Southern and Northern glazing installed at window
head height where required
6. Interior
• Proposed lift
• Upper level MPR renamed as Bed 3
• Upper floor bathrooms have been reconfigured
• Level 1 planning has been revised
• Walk in pantry included with additional sink
7. External Materials
• Remove TS1 from palette and replace with FC1
8. Windows and Doors:
• Basement:
o Removal of side swing door
• Lower Floor:
o Rear bifold doors changed to different configuration of windows and sliding
door
o Side glazing updated to reflect plan changes
• Upper Floor:
o Glazing to the street updated to reflect plan changes
• Fixed vertical screen to upper storey, western / rear façade for sun protection
