Please find attached a Minor Change application for the approved multiple housing type 2 duplex units at 11 Margit Cres, Sunrise Beach. The NSC reference number for the approved development is MCU20/0037.01. This application was approved on 19 June 2024. As such, this Minor Change application is lodged under Chapter 3, Part 5, Division 2, Subdivision 2 of the Planning Act 2016.

In support of this application, the following documents are attached:


  *   Letter detailing proposed Minor Change application;
  *   Att A – Approval package for MCU20/0037.01 (Decision Notice and Conditions);
  *   Att B – Amended proposal plans prepared by Jessica Hardwick Architecture;
  *   Att C – List of design changes prepared by Jessica Hardwick Architecture;
  *   Att D – Completed Planning Act Form 5; and
  *   Att E – Land owners consent and current title.
