8 Conclusion

The proposed changes are considered to be minor in accordance with the Integrated Planning Act
and would not cause any person to object to the proposal. The extensions to the service station and
minor and will bring the use in to line with industry regulations. The proposed changes are therefore
considered to represent an appropriate and sensible use of the site, and favourable consideration of
the application is recommended.
