The site grades from approximately RL5.00 to RL3.00 over 80m (approximately 2.5%) to the southern
boundary. A swale exists that currently collects stormwater sheet flow from the site along the western and
southern boundary, discharging into the environmental reserve adjacent to the site. The environmental
reserve is deemed the lawful point of discharge for the subject site.

Schematic architectural drawings prepared by Oksic Designs depict a proposed 30 townhouse residential
development with associated driveway and carparking facilities.
