These services equate to 915 hours of service delivery provided to clients through Noosa Home
Assist Secure.
3. Staffing
Staff position descriptions (PDs) are being finalised and a new staff structure developed following
the appointment of the Noosa Community Care Coordinator.
An Administration Officer has been temporarily employed through Hayes Recruiting to cope with
business demands. Once the NCC PDs & Certified Agreement are completed it is anticipated
that the position will be advertised for permanent appointment.
4. Systems & Processes
In response to proposed changes to Federal and State aged care and disability funding models
NCC staff have been liaising with the Community Engagement team to rebrand the Respite
Centre as Noosa Community Care. A new logo and information materials are currently being
developed.
