5.       Future Direction

 Designs for the refurbishment of the Respite Centre have been completed by WD Architects.
   The next stage of this project is to seek quotes for the renewal of the interior of the original
   Respite Centre building and an upgrade to the Reception/Administration offices;
 Continue progressing NCC rebranding;
 Finalise Noosa Community Care staffing structure and PDs; and
 Work with Finance team to investigate options for EFTPOS terminals and associated
   software.
