Effluent Disposal Approval northern unit

                 1 Background
                 Taylor Environmental (Australia) Pty Ltd was engaged to design an on-site wastewater
                 treatment and effluent disposal system at 53 Martins Road, Cooroy QLD 4563. This property
                 is not serviced by a municipal sewer network and requires a wastewater treatment and effluent
                 disposal system.

                 The site location is displayed in Figure 1, below.

                 The design was completed by Chris Taylor (Director, Taylor Environmental (Australia) Pty Ltd,
                 QBCC Licence Number 150 556 72).

                 This report has been completed in accordance with the relevant legislative requirements:

                 3 Effluent Standards
                 Table 1 below presents the effluent standards produced by approved wastewater treatment
                 systems with beds or trenches.
