Materials Laboratory. In his over 30 year experience Mr. Lindsay has carried out over
ten thousand site and soil evaluations including site classifications in accordance with
AS2870 and geotechnical evaluations for stability on many of these sites.

Field work is carried out by Mr Nathan McFadden in accordance with the above
Australian Standards. Mr Fadden has worked in the engineering field as a soil and site
evaluator or over 15 years, the last 9 years with Lindsay Consulting. Previously Mr
McFadden worked for a NATA registered laboratory carrying out field and laboratory
testing to NATA approved standards for major and minor civil work projects

SITE GEOLOGY

From the borelogging carried out over the site (refer attached Site Classification Report)
the site consists of a consists of peat/clayey sand, overlying sand loose becoming dense
with depth.

The residence is located on dunal area above the Dolphin Bay reserve with the area
falling from the residence towards the reserve. The area to the rear of the residence is
heavily treed with a heavy undergrowth.
