3.       Local Laws

The Local Laws Section has responsibility for the regulatory component of Council’s Local Laws
and relevant State Acts; particularly those relating to animal management, parking, local laws
and illegal camping. It also assists other sections (Waste, Planning, Property & Facilities) with
compliance and prosecution activities.

The requests categories for the branch are as follows:
