       Strategy:           To undertake pre-construction planning of the location of environmental
                           controls, construction facilities and associated storage and disposal areas to
                           ensure minimal impact during the construction phase.

       9. That the required monitoring equipment is available and the intent of the monitoring program is
          understood.
       10. That the Induction Training program has been established.
       11. Undertake notification of residents (refer Element C.12).
       12. That seed collection has been undertaken.
       13. Undertake dilapidation survey (see Element C.7).
       14. Habitat Protection fence is in place (see Element C.2).
       15. Determine access route to be used during construction by all contractors and roads not permitted
           to be used (see Element C.13).
       16. Liaise with separate Ecological Restoration Contractor undertaking implementation of EMP3 and
           Wildlife Ecologist to ensure management responsibilities, particularly in terms of vegetation
           protection, are clear.
       17. Contact details for all relevant personnel involved in management or supervision of the site
           (including EPA/Council contacts should an incident occur) are to be recorded for future reference.

       Performance Requirement: Compliance planning to be checked by Superintendent prior to
       Construction commencing.

       Monitoring: As above

       Reporting: Principal Contractor to liaise with Superintendent and provide confirming program that
       the above actions have been addressed prior to construction commencing

       Corrective Action: Amend designs/plans to ensure compliance.
