2.1 EXISTING DEVELOPMENT
The site is currently used for a sales office, construction site offices and amenities and
construction carparks for adjacent development sites in Serenity Close. The existing
development footprint occupies over 30% of the site area. The extent of these areas has
been surveyed and is indicated in Figure 2.
