 Service is delivered internally with support from external providers for court matters.

 (Education & compliance for domestic animal control matters, dog registration, patrols, provision of dog waste
 disposal bags, impounding stray animals, complaint management, investigations & prosecutions, provision of cat
 traps, wandering livestock issues etc.)
 Availability                        Daily – generally normal business hours.
                                     Emergencies only – after hours.

 Proactive inspections/patrols        7 days per week based on a variable roster.
                                      Scheduled early and late patrols – approx. 12 hours per week.
                                      Focus on high activity areas as well as current problem hot-spots.
