Locality Provisions
The proposed tyre retailing business is a use ordinarily expected in the Noosaville industrial
precinct and is compatible with other industrial uses in the area. A small waiting and tyre
showroom area is proposed to the eastern end of the building which is considered ancillary to the
industrial use onsite. The development is of an industrial nature consistent with the established
character of the area.
Setbacks
For the Industry Zone, The Noosa Plan requires a 6m setback to the primary road frontage, 4.5m
to the secondary frontage and zero setback to other Industry zoned lots.
