                                                          capable of meeting the obligations of the lease.

                  Suitability & Compatibility    17/20    Butchers of Noosa will bring a ‘high end’ meat offering
                                                          to the Sunrise Beach Shops, Sunrise Beach and
                                                          surrounding   catchment   areas.  We   believe their
                                                          proposed fitout and concept will be a catalyst for
                                                          attracting a more modern and “fresh” offering to the
                                                          complex.

                  Contribution to Local          18/20    In addition to working with other local business,

                                                          catchment areas with the opportunity to shop for
                                                          fresh and local produce as well as help activating
                                                          Sunrise Beach Shops, strengthening the trade for
                                                          existing businesses in the complex.

                  Total Assessment               85/100   It is the opinion of Colliers that Butchers of Noosa is
                                                          an excellent fit for the Sunrise Beach Shops.

                  Conclusion
                 We again thank you for the opportunity to work alongside Noosa Council to find a suitable tenant
                 for Lot 7 Sunrise Beach Shops. Having followed the Council's due process and having assessed the
                  potential tenant against the Council's criteria, we support the application of Luke and Kayla
                  Marshall trading as Butcher of Noosa and can be called upon anytime to provide further feedback.
