                 Prospective Tenant Summary
Luke Marshall is a well-known and highly respected Noosa butcher and local resident living with
his wife and two sons in Tewantin. As a third-generation butcher Luke has built long-term, trusted
relationships with suppliers, tradesmen and customers over the last 20 years in the local area.
Luke's passion for the industry and his exemplary well-honed skills and extensive expertise in
managing stores are key factors contributing to a successful start-up.

Luke commenced his career at the age of 15 in the family butcher shop in Caloundra working
under the guidance of his father. He went on to manage ‘Sunrise Beach Meats’ between 2002-2010
(the same Sunrise Beach location that we are applying for today). Luke was integral in the set up
and continues to be a key leader in the management team of Eumundi Meats in the Belmondos
                 Organic Market Complex.

Luke and his wife Kayla have decided it is the perfect time to put their collective expertise and
passion into a business of their own. Their goal is to create a butcher shop that will be successful
and an exciting new enterprise to the area.

given the length of lease being offered and capital
investment the tenant will be making.

industry, however experience as an own business
