•   Prepare Council Report & diarise deadlines
•   Council endorsement at April 20 Ordinary Meeting
            o Agenda – 5 April
            o P&E Committee - 11 April
            o General Committee - 17 April
            o Ordinary Meeting - April 20

•   Work with QSBC Staff on signing at the Conference (diary, Mayor notes, run sheet, etc)

•   Prepare Communications Plan

•   Official Signing with Mayor at SBF Charter at Small Business Friendly Program Conference, Maroochydore

Phase 2           Investigation

•   Join the Small Business Friendly Council Program Communities of Practice Forum

•   Prepare Project Brief

•   Audit & Gap Analysis Report

Phase 3           Implementation

•   Develop Implementation Plan based on Audit & Gap Analysis Report
•   Add to agenda of Leadership team meeting and include in Council’s Operational Plan
•   Determine internal working group/stakeholder model
•   Internal stakeholder meetings and review.
