        Bushfire Hazard

                 In accordance with Table 5.10.1, an
                 assessment of the Bushfire Hazard overlay
                 code is not required for the Rural Workers’
                 Accommodation (existing building) or the
                 Dwelling House. The proposed arena/stables,
                 shed and cattle crush will be assessed by a
                 building certifier.




         Flood Hazard

                 In accordance with Table 5.10.1, an
                 assessment of the Flood Hazard overlay code
                 is not required as the site is not constrained by
                 flooding and inundation extent mapping.




Landslide Hazard and Steep Land

                 In accordance with Table 5.10.1, an
                 assessment of the Landslide Hazard and Steep
                 Land overlay code is not required for the Rural
                 Workers’ Accommodation (existing building) or
                 the    Dwelling    House.     The     proposed
                 arena/stables, shed and cattle crush are
                 located outside of mapped areas. A
                 geotechnical report has been prepared by
                 Tectonic which confirms the proposed building
                 areas and access as low risk.
