Water Resource Catchments

              The site is mapped as containing Water
              Resource Catchment and Water Supply Buffer
              Areas. In accordance with Table 5.10.1,
              assessment against the Regional Infrastructure
              Overlay code is required, as the proposal
              results in an upgrade to the existing on-site
              wastewater treatment system and also seeks
              to increase the number of people living and
              working on the site. Australian Soil
              Investigations has confirmed via a site
              inspection that the subject site has ample
              room to appropriately treat and dispose of
              treated onsite sewerage
