Dear Jada,

In relation to the abovementioned development application MCU22/0067 and on behalf of T AND J
HODGKINSON PTY LTD we hereby request Council to agree to extend the Current Period (Decision Period) in
accordance with s.32 of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Our client requests this extension for 30 business days to the 8th December 2022.

We request this extension to –

   1.   Meet with key staff onsite for discussions regarding access.

   2.   Gain an understanding on what is meant by “More Information” as listed within in Ordinary Meeting
        Agenda 27th October 2022.
