Stage 2 includes the following:
the construction of a new 465m² Community House and 23 associated car parks - sited in
the south west corner of proposed lot 3 near the common boundary with the tennis courts
(stage 1 temporary car park removed)
the conversion of the existing community house to office spaces for IT enterprise plus a
115m² extension (389m² gross floor area)
a 2nd public amenities block sited near the new Community House
a playground
The final layout is shown in Figure 1. Figures 5 and 6 below show a 3D perspective of the new
Community House, the elevation facing Rufous Street and floor plans.
