The approved retirement dwellings that will occupy the majority of the site are generally 2
bedroom + study arrangements, with occupancy contractually restricted by the operator to one
couple only. New residents will be offered a choice of designs, with an indicative range of single-
level, hebel block construction, dwelling designs submitted with the previous change application.
The proposal plan includes minimum setback requirements for the dwellings within their
individual site areas, being:
