Other changes to the approved retirement village development comprise:
Increased size of main clubhouse and communal building from 1,769m2 to 2,100m2 to
include two new ten pin bowling lanes, a craft room, larger main hall and multipurpose
hall/theatre, and other general layout changes.
Addition of an 80m2 golf room with a two bay golf simulator.
Additional tennis court.
New caravan storage area and wash bay
New caretaker’s residence.
Figure 3 below shows the layout proposed for the new main clubhouse.
