              Response to Council Information Request

We refer to the request for information issued by Council dated 12 March 2026 and provide
following documents and responses to the issues raised.

   -   Tod drawings– 19660-C001-C500, CAL – Rev B/C
   -   Letter from North Coast environmental addressing item 12.
   -   Tree surveys and tables prepared by Brian Naismith – Cadastral & Engineering
       Surveying Consultant

Response to individual items raised.

Item 1 – Higher Order Bond

Condition 5 of the Higher Order Approval (RAL19/0014) requires that a $50,000 performance
bond be paid prior to the issue of a Development Approval for Operational Works.

Information Required.

   1. Provide confirmation to Council that the bond has been paid.

Response

This will be paid by applicant upon advice from Council that all required information has been
provided.

Item 2 – Footpath Alignment

Council’s Infrastructure Services department have indicated that it would be desirable for the
proposed pedestrian kerb ramp to be relocated further south to support pedestrian connectivity
to the southern side of Red Street.

Information Required

2. Investigate and provide amended plans that relocates the proposed pedestrian kerb
ramp to support connectivity to the southern side of Red Street.
