The sight distance investigation has also found that excellent sight distance is achievable at the location
of the proposed site access connection to the existing roundabout controlled intersection of Walter Hay
Drive and the access road to Noosa Civic Shopping Centre.

The layout of the car parks and driveway access was found to be compliable with the requirements of
AS2890 and a swept path plans showing unrestricted access are attached.
