Databases created and file location — new that will be created for this project. Can include lists of stakeholders
Expected media required — at what stages, pre, during, post, any particular publications/newsletters/social media |
Potentially 3 media releases required:
* one at the beginning of the process (13 August) on the amendments generally and trying to accentuate
amendments are intended to improve current planning scheme rather than starting from scratch with a new
scheme (that would still be a few years off)
® one acouple of weeks into the process potentially highlighting that amendments are seeking to reduce red tape
and regulation on small business (particularly in the hinterland)
® one a couple of weeks in from the end highlighting that mapping changes are seeking to protect vegetated
landscapes & drinking water and protect people and properties from flooding & bushfire into the future.
Closing the gap — acknowledging submitters and informing stakeholders and the community of progress/ outcomes
Submitters will initially receive a brief acknowledgement but following Council consideration of their submission they will
receive detail of the consideration of the matter(s) and what if any action is being taken as a result of the submission.
