INFORMATION RESPONSE - DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR A MATERIAL
CHANGE OF USE (DWELLING HOUSE) AT 503 MIDDLE CREEK ROAD, FEDERAL
(LOT 8 ON RP835350)

Further to Council’s Information Request issued 21 December 2020, we now respond in full to
each of the items raised.

In support of this application please find enclosed:

   ●   Revised Site Plan and Proposal Plans (Secondary Dwelling) prepared by Mi Design
       Studio;
   ●   Effluent Disposal Report prepared by Global Testing.

We note that the proposal is for a new Dwelling House and associated Secondary Dwelling. The
existing shed located in the southern corner of the property is not used for residential purposes.

Please find below the response to each of the items raised by Council:

Item 1

Provide amended plans that increase the setback to the creek, or alternatively
provide significant justification for the positioning of the dwellings with respect to
local flooding events. If you choose the latter, provide justification around historical
local flood events and that the dwellings floor levels are sufficient to avoid impacts
from flooding.
