The proposed farm stay facilities will also permanently alienate land that is mapped as agricultural
land conservation area – the proposed facilities being clearly more permanent than the golf course.
While the applicant suggests that the buildings have been designed to be removable, this is
impracticable and unlikely, given the buildings’ areas, with several of the buildings also being slab
on ground.
