3.3.2 Overlays
The proposed development is subject to the following Noosa Plan 2020 Overlays:
•   Land subject to acid sulfate soils
•   Agricultural Land
•   Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands
•   Bushfire Hazard
•   Flood Hazard
An assessment of the proposed development is undertaken against each of these overlay codes
below where applicable.
Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands Overlay Code
The applicants Ecological Assessment Reports details that the site and surrounds consist of 9
vegetation communities which are displayed in figure 13 below.
