 Garden centre               (a) ​ one space per 60m2 of use area;
                                   or
                             (b) ​ five spaces whichever is the
                                   greater




 Hardware and trade           One space per 50m2 of use area
 supplies




 Market                      (a) ​ one space per stall (equivalent to);
                                   and
                             (b) ​ sufficient spaces for the intended
                                   use.




 Office                      If:
                             (a) ​ located in the Major Centre Zone
                                   in Noosa Heads or Noosaville:
                                   (i) ​ one space per 20m2 for the
                                          ground floor; and
                                   (ii) ​ one space per 30m2 for the
                                          second and third floors; or
                             (b) ​ otherwise one space per 20m2
