 Outdoor sales           (a) ​ one space per 50m2 of use area;
                         (b) ​ one space per three
                               vehicles/boats/caravans/machinery
                               capable of being stored on site; and
                         (c) ​ one wash bay




 Sales office                 Four spaces




 Service industry            If within:
                             (a) ​ an Industry zone—
                                    (i) ​ one space per 50m2 up to
                                           500m2; and
                                    (ii) ​ one space per 100m2 in
                                           excess of 500m2
                             (b) ​ any other zone—
                                    (i) ​ one space per 20m2




 Service station              Four spaces
                              Editor's Note — these spaces are in
                              addition to spaces for queuing for refuelling
                              or parking required for any other uses on
                              site.
