7.2.26—Pursuant to section 255D of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the chief executive
administering the Act nominates the Director-General of the Department of Agriculture and
Fisheries to be the assessing authority for the development to which this development approval
relates for the administration and enforcement of any matter relating to the following condition(s):
10.       The development must be in accordance with the Noosa River             For the duration of
          Oyster Reef Restoration Plan, prepared by Dr Ben Gilby, Dr             the works.
          Andrew Olds, Dr Thomas Schlacher, Dr Simon Walker and Dr
          Michael Gloster, dated 11 January 2017, in particular;
                Oyster reef restoration units that do not meet the
                  performance objectives listed in section 12 Monitoring
                  schedule, within 3 years post deployment, will be removed
                  as soon as practical and prior to 4 years post deployment.

11.        Development authorised under this approval is limited as follows:    At all times
               the operational works within the Noosa River declared Fish
                Habitat Area Management A area being limited to a total of
                180m2 (12m2 within each of the 15 sites) for the placement
                of oyster reef restoration units and shown in the following
                plans:
                    o Plan Layout Site 1-12, prepared by International
                        Coastal Management, dated 20 Oct 2016, reference
                        2016.0028-002, revision A;
                      o    Plan Layout Site 13-16, prepared by International
                           Coastal Management, dated 20 Oct 2016, reference
                           2016.0028-003, revision A;
                      o    Site 1, prepared by International Coastal
                           Management, dated 20 Oct 2016, reference
                           2016.0028-004, revision A;
                      o    Site 2, prepared by International Coastal
                           Management, dated 20 Oct 2016, reference
                           2016.0028-005, revision A;
