4.       Noosa North Shore Beachfront Campground

Internal consultation has highlighted that because the Noosa North Shore Beachfront
Campground, although retaining some natural and scenic values, is being used for recreational
purposes, some redevelopment or expansion may be appropriate in the future. Any proposed
development would require State assessment and approval. National Heritage listing would
require an additional level of assessment, and therefore it is proposed to exclude the Noosa
North Shore Caravan Park from within the boundaries of the National Heritage Place.
