Development Assessment Report
PROJECT URBAN – 20178 August 2020
BUSHFIRE HAZARD OVERLAY
The site is identified to contain high and
medium bushfire intensity areas with
associated buffering. As the proposal is not
for the creation of new lots or a new road
no further assessment is required.
FLOOD HAZARD OVERLAY
The site is identified to contain flooding and
inundation.
The proposed lot reconfiguration is
considered to be compliant with the overlay
code on the following grounds:
• No additional lots are created;
• No development areas are proposed;
• Both lots retain sufficient flood free
land for future development;
• No earthworks are proposed to
mitigate the extent of flooding;
As per above, the proposed boundary realignment is compliant with all relevant matters
identified under the overlay codes.
